AC 1 Phase Motors

BirCraft offers a variety of AC 1 Phase Motors for Industrial, Automated applications such as Packaging, Labelling, Wrapping and Cutting. These motors are designed for durability in harsh environments providing a wide choice of high or low inertia options as well as various winding options, feedback devices and gearheads to match.

Available power range: from 0,06 kW to 3 kW. These Motors can also be supplied with an electromagnetic brake in continuous current.

Description

AC 3 Phase Motors

Developed for maximum convenience and easy handling, these general performance motors can be used in a wide range of industrial applications. Most general performance motors are available off-the-shelf for fast delivery worldwide.

AC 3 Phase Motors’ windings are made with copper wire and double thickness enamelling. These motors are subjected to vacuum impregnation and achieve an optimum thermal margin of 155° through class F insulation.

BirCraft motors meet IEC, UNEL, CEI specifications.

The standard protection supplied for AC 3 Phase Motors is IP55.

Class H insulated AC 3 Phase motors are also available as are motors designed specifically for humid or corrosive environments – please contact our technical team for further information.

Additional ventilation systems fed separately and installed inside the fan cover are available upon request.
